Vajrapani Center's branch classes are appropriate for everyone!
Each class is both part of a series, and yet also self-contained. This means that you can drop in to any class at any juncture and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you.
The New Meditation Handbook
These effective and practical meditations can help us to find openness and stillness within, fill our every day with joy, solve our daily problems and challenges through time tested meditation, and allow us to discover methods to accomplish the highest of goals. These classes will benefit everyone and everyone is welcome!

Requested Donation: $9 ($5 for students/limited income) per class. Center Sponsors pay $60 ($35 for students) each month, and can go to any class at the Florida Centers or branches for free.
This class is a branch of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center which offers Buddhist meditation classes throughout Central Florida.
